"JUST ADD LOVE"

(New York, NY)-Visionary Dreamscapes Entertainment presents Just Add Love, a snappy romantic comedy featuring Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me, Dream On, The American President), Richard Eden (Santa Barbara, Robocop), and Emmy Winner Rolanda Mendel (Interrogation in Budapest).

Chapman University Film students worked with industry professionals including Academy Award winning sound editor (and faculty member), Harry Cheney, Professor Steve Montal, and UPM Robb Thomas, shooting in 30 locations across 9 cities. The feature film was Produced by Visionary President David A. Cole as his Masters Thesis, and directed by first time helmer Jesse Griffith, a talented collaborator from Cole's undergraduate days at UCSC.

Written by Tony Serdarusich, David Cole and Gregg Alfvegren, the story follows two attorneys' competition to be the first to fall in love. Dating in the new millennium can be quite an experience, especially if you're relying on personals ads! The film takes a humorous look at society's modern dilemma: baby-boomers looking for love the second time around.

Just Add Love won the audience award at its premiere screening at the San Diego/Temecula Independent Film Festival. The film will have its East Coast Premiere at the NY International Film and Video Festival on February 14, 2002 and will be screening again at the festival's L.A. showcase in July, 2002. Be prepared to laugh, cry and marvel at what a young crew with professional guidance can do when they make a movie the old-fashioned way, with a little genius, very little capital and a whole lot of heart.
